Shipping Information

Minadora.com offers free shipping on orders greater than $50. Orders are processed Monday to Friday and processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Standard shipping transit times are 2 to 6 business days.

Order Confirmation & Tracking Numbers

You’ll get a confirmation email after placing your order. And a tracking number once your order gets shipped.

Every order gets vacuum sealed and packaged in a standard brown box without odors or the word Minadora on the box.

When will my card get charged?

When you hit the “complete order” button, authorization for the payment will take place automatically. If you have sufficient funds to cover the purchase, the card will be a success, and you’ll get a notification via email.

Sales tax

Depending on the state you live in, you may or may not be charged sales tax.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@minadora.com within 14 days of receiving your package and we will refund or exchange your purchase. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
